Before even stepping foot in the gym, you should have these necessities in your gym bag:
- Dry shampoo
- Hair tie
- Hairbrush
- Deodorant
- Body mist
- A towel (if your gym doesn?t provide one)
- Face cleanser
- Lipstick
- Mascara
- A change of clothes
